Recruiting Adult helpers

1. Recruiting, Training, Sustaining volunteers.
2. Closing communication gaps.
3. Keeping multi-campus ministry cohesive and unified (not uniform).
4. Practicing the gentle art of "No".
5. Developing a family-focused ministry that is still very child-friendly.
6. Making sure that all our efforts focus on "sending to serve" not just "come and consume".
7. Balancing volunteer ownership with volunteer controller-ship.
